Acknowledgement

Milangkani Projects acknowledge that wherever we are in Lutruwita (Tasmania), we are on the unceded sovereign Country of the Palawa people (Tasmanian Aborigines).
We remember Palawa Ngini (our Old People) who fought against the invasion and colonisation of our island, and who died as a result.
We treasure their memory and sacrifice, and look to our Elders, past and present for guidance.
We are inspired by their ingenuity, determination, innovation and Community-led vision.
